This is what it looks like once they land. Every choc chip you’ve ever earned sits here in your available balance, what you’ve already redeemed, and the running total, all updating the moment an order goes through.
Order £50 of traybakes → earn 10 choc chips
Order £200 of traybakes → earn 40 choc chips

The more you order, the further you climb. Every member starts at the same place
Your choc chips also track your membership level. Every Cake Club member starts as Fresh Out The Oven, then progresses through On The Rise, Sweet Rebel and Cake Club Legend as their spend grows. Each tier reflects where you are in your journey with us, and the programme is built to reward customers who keep coming back, because they deserve it.

Redeem at checkout
You don’t even need to leave the checkout to use your chips. Right there on the page, you’ll see exactly what the current order earns. If you’ve already got enough saved, a prompt appears letting you jump straight to your rewards and redeem on in the checkout.
Click through, and a popup will land straight on your rewards menu, pick your reward and the product or coupon is automatically applied to your basket.
