Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your order. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds:
- Eligibility: Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Process:
- Email us at sweetrebellion@cakeclub.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change-of-mind
- Personal taste preferences
- Delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and someone is available to receive the order. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries or spoilage due to unattended parcels.
COMPLAINTS
