– All orders are shipped with next day delivery, or you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout.

– We dispatch seven days a week, and every order is packed with ice packs so your bakes arrive in great condition.

– Delivery is available across most of the UK. However, a few remote areas are excluded where DPD cannot guarantee next day service.

Our Passionfruit and Coconut Traycake is pure feel good energy. Soft vanilla sponge layered with smooth cream cheese icing, finished with fresh passionfruit pulp, toasted coconut and vibrant petals scattered across the top for a bright, uplifting slice.

We bake it fresh then freeze it the same day, so the sponge stays soft, the icing keeps its creamy finish and the passionfruit and coconut hold their colour until you’re ready to serve. Frozen storage means you only thaw what’s needed, keeping the rest fresh for another day.
