Our Bakewell Slice takes a British bakery classic and gives it the Cake Club treatment. Golden shortcrust pastry meets tangy cherry jam and soft almond frangipane, finished with a dusting of icing sugar. Each tray delivers 15 generous portions, ready to serve warm with cream, cold with coffee or straight off the tray.
We bake it fresh then freeze it the same day, so the pastry stays crisp and the frangipane keeps its texture until you’re ready to serve. Frozen storage means you defrost only what you need, so nothing sits on the counter going stale.
Order before 2pm on weekdays or 10am at weekends and it arrives the next day, fully portioned and ready to go straight from the freezer. Our team is on hand for questions about storage, display or ordering, so support is never far away.
