This cake has been in the works for ages, and we have finally perfected it! Cake Club’s original baker, Will, created this beauty as one of his first bakes, and we’ve been slowly tweaking it ever since. A sticky ginger individual loaf, topped with lemon zest and a seed crumble.Sticky, delicious, moist, morish – this cake ticks all the boxes. Vegan and NCGI too! Seriously, you just need to try it – it won’t disappoint.

– Delivery is available across most of the UK. However, a few remote areas are excluded where DPD cannot guarantee next day service.

We bake it fresh then freeze it the same day, so the crumb stays sticky and the caramelised lemon zest keeps its crunch until you’re ready to serve. Frozen storage means you only thaw what’s needed, keeping the rest fresh for another day.
