...against the average coffee shop experience! Why? Because we get it. Running an independent coffee shop means you have a lot to juggle. Perhaps you don’t have the space and time to bake your own goods but still want to offer a delicious, artisanal range that’s different to the run of the mill products found in every other coffee shop out there.
More than ever, going out for coffee and cake is a real treat, and one that shouldn’t be underestimated. Yet plenty of places still offer average cake, limited choices and a mediocre experience!

Cake Club?
We’re a small but perfectly formed team who’ve worked with bakes and cakes for (what feels like) ever. We’re coffee lovers, but we love our lattes even more with cake on the side! We created Cake Club because our favourite hobby is popping into coffee shops, and we’ve had our fill of average cake.
We wanted to use our creativity and top-notch baking skills to create sublime cake that really hits the sweet spot – giving coffee shops more choice and bringing more joy to your customers.

I've spent my career running or working in bars and coffee shops, so know exactly how tricky it can be to run an independent hospitality venue. Keeping your community happy and staying in the green while dealing with unreliable suppliers and inconsistent products, is no mean feat. So I decided enough was enough, and set up Cake Club.
Now, I'm on a mission to give independent coffee shops what they deserve: a top-notch cake supplier hat never disappoints, and always has their back.

Cooking is an act of love; I adore watching people enjoy my creations. My designs mix exotic flavours with a respect for the land, inspired by childhood foraging and family recipes. I aim to evoke nostalgia with new excitement.
With 13 years in the culinary world, I've worked in 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, focusing on pastry before moving to food design. Influenced by chefs like Peter Gordon, Paul Patterson, and Chris Wheeler, my passion lies in the smiles my desserts receive.

Working for Cake Club doesn't feel like work at all. Meeting wonderful people and spending hours exploring coffee shops, all while promoting this fun, fab company and helping independent businesses find a reliable high-quality cake solution...what's not to love?
My favourite product has to be the salted caramel and comb brownie -it's unbeatable, (so far.) I'm also super excited for the newness to come and can't wait to meet you all!

With 10 years' experience in sales, I'm excited to bring my drive and passion to the coffee shop community. Being able to offer such premium products backed up with fantastic support gives me the confidence to walk into any establishment proudly brandishing the Cake Club logo.
The biggest cake critic I know is my 6-year-old son, but so far he's only had great things to say about our range!
