I've spent my career running or working in bars and coffee shops, so know exactly how tricky it can be to run an independent hospitality venue. Keeping your community happy and staying in the green while dealing with unreliable suppliers and inconsistent products, is no mean feat. So I decided enough was enough, and set up Cake Club.
Now, I'm on a mission to give independent coffee shops what they deserve: a top-notch cake supplier hat never disappoints, and always has their back.

Cooking is an act of love; I adore watching people enjoy my creations. My designs mix exotic flavours with a respect for the land, inspired by childhood foraging and family recipes. I aim to evoke nostalgia with new excitement.
With 13 years in the culinary world, I've worked in 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, focusing on pastry before moving to food design. Influenced by chefs like Peter Gordon, Paul Patterson, and Chris Wheeler, my passion lies in the smiles my desserts receive.
