All Things Cake
Here’s everything (we think) you might want to know about Cake Club, from our delivery details to order volumes and what happens inside the club.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Order before 1pm and it will be at your door by 12 noon the following day. Order after 1pm and we’ll deliver within 24-48hrs. We make it our mission foryour customers to always have an amazing array of cakes to choose from.
Why are your cakes delivered frozen and pre-cut?
Our cakes and bakes can be delicate, so keeping them frozen makes sure they get delivered in the same excellent condition they leave the bakery in. We know your cakes should always look top-notch when on display.
Freezing also retains the freshness, quality and flavour for longer, as they can be stored frozen for months, then when defrosted, taste as fresh as the day they were made.
Pre-cutting means you have the flexibility to easily separate the cakes and defrost exactly what you need for your coffee shop offering that day - reducing cake wastage.
How long do they take to defrost?
Check out the instructions on the individual cake boxes to get it ‘just right’.
What should I do with the cakes when they arrive?
If you’re ready to share your glorious cakes with the world (i.e. your coffee shop customers), simply defrost according to cake box instructions and put them on display. Or pop them in the freezer to store until you’re ready to
use.

How long should I keep cakes on display and/or in the freezer?
Every cake and bake is unique, so check the label on the box for
