


Rum and Ginger Cake
If you’re wanting something on the counter that will make Father’s Day properly special, then we’ve come up with just the thing for you. Simple and rustic, this Rum & Ginger cake provides exactly what it says on the bottle. Its strong flavour comes from stem ginger chunks baked into the sponge, and Captain Morgans glaze gives every bite fiery punch. Id warn you not to let the kids get at it but there’s no real danger – you’ll want it all to yourself.
This cake is genuinely quite boozy – please eat responsibly and don’t operate heavy machinery whilst intoxicated. Coffee machines are ok.
