This cake has been in the works for ages, and we have finally perfected it! Cake Club's original baker, Will, created this beauty as one of his first bakes, and we've been slowly tweaking it ever since. A sticky ginger individual loaf, topped with lemon zest and a seed crumble.
Sticky, delicious, moist, morish - this cake ticks all the boxes. Vegan and NCGI too! Seriously, you just need to try it - it won't disappoint.
