We bake it fresh then freeze it the same day, so the centre stays fluffy and the fruit keeps its plumpness until you’re ready to serve. Frozen storage means you only thaw what’s needed, keeping the rest fresh for another day.

Order before 2pm on weekdays or 10am at weekends and it arrives the next day, fully baked and ready to serve. Our team is on hand for questions about storage, display or ordering, so support is never far away.
