I didn’t grow up in bakeries, I cut my teeth in cockpits. Four years in the navy launching helicopters off military ships will teach you one thing fast: reliability isn’t optional.

That same zero-tolerance for failure is what brought me to Cake Club. Independent coffee shop owners deserve a supplier who actually shows up with consistent quality, no excuses, and a team that has their back.

I’m here to make that happen; with data, discipline, and an occasional cryptic crossword at the ready.

Cooking is an act of love; I adore watching people enjoy my creations. My designs mix exotic flavours with a respect for the land, inspired by childhood foraging and family recipes. I aim to evoke nostalgia with new excitement.

With 13 years in the culinary world, I’ve worked in 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, focusing on pastry before moving to food design. Influenced by chefs like Peter Gordon, Paul Patterson, and Chris Wheeler, my passion lies in the smiles my desserts receive.

Working for Cake Club doesn’t feel like work at all. Meeting wonderful people and spending hours exploring coffee shops, all while promoting this fun, fab company and helping independent businesses find a reliable high-quality cake solution…what’s not to love?

My favourite product has to be the salted caramel and comb brownie -it’s unbeatable, (so far.) I’m also super excited for the newness to come and can’t wait to meet you all!

Before Cake Club, I earned my stripes as a restaurant marketeer and toughened event planner – spinning plates, sweating the small stuff and making sure everything showed up exactly as it should.

At Cake Club, we’re anything but boring. We’re bold, a little bit rebellious, and seriously passionate about helping independent coffee shops stand out.

My job now? Make sure our brand shows up as confidently as our cakes do. The big ideas, the tiny details and the feeling you get before you’ve even taken the first bite – that’s my thing.
